MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE

Ingredients:

·         100gm all purpose flour   (   Triticum Aestivum   )

·          50gm dark cocoa powder    (   Theobroma Cacao   )

·         1/2 tsp baking powder   (   Sodium Bicarbonate   )

·         1/2 tsp baking soda    (   Sodium Hydrogen Carbonate or Sodium Bicarbonate   )

·         180gm salted butter    (   Salt : Sodium Chloride , Butter : no scientific name )

·         180gm fine granulated sugar    (   Sucrose   )

·         2 large eggs    (   Gallus Gallus Domesticus   )

·         1 tsp vanilla essence   (    Vanilla planifolia   )

·         200 ml evaporated milk  (   Dehydrated milk   )

p/s : the task that was given by our teacher is to find out the scientific name for the ingredients of our favourite food. At that time, i did'nt know what my favourite food is. Actually all my ummi's cooking are my favourite food. But is it logic to tell my Bio teacher that my favourite food is my ummi's cooking? urgghh~ i dont want my brain burnt out to list down all those the ingredients of my ummi's cooking. haha. So, to make my work ease, i said "teacher, my favourite food is MOIST CHOCOLATE CAKE'! :D
